Get a taste of what the Ignite experience is like with Battledecks: a powerpoint karaoke where you ad-lib your way through slides you’ve never seen before. Inspired by similar events held at SXSW Interactive, Battledecks is a fast-paced, fun, laugh riot where “contestants” have to put together a presentation on the fly as slides are randomly projected for their confusion and the delight of the audience.

Topic: Using Twilio to Telephonize Your Apps

I will be giving a presentation on how to implement the Twilio API in
your web application to add in SMS/Text and Voice capabilities to your
coding quiver.  Specifically we will look at how I am using Twilio in
my latest project: conepatrol.com

If interest and time is available, we will even live code some new ski
resorts onto the Cone Patrol network.

In order to use the Smoking Room at McMenamins, we have to buy food, and beer.  So come hungry to learn, and eat, and drink.
